Wang Jingchao, the Secretary and chairman of the Party Committee of the company, reported on the preparations for the meeting and conducted a comparative inspection on behalf of the team. The report made a profound party analysis around the outstanding problems of Ideological and political education, mental state, work style and six elimination aspects, analyzed the reasons and proposed corrective measures. Subsequently, the leaders of the Party members in the various groups made individual checks and speeches one by one in accordance with the actual work, carried out mutual criticism, and put forward many targeted opinions and suggestions.
Gao Chunyi commented on the Democratic Life Association on behalf of the Party Committee of the Provincial SASAC. He pointed out that the democratic life meeting had a profound exposition of the problems, and the rectification measures were clear, thus achieving the goal of the democratic life meeting. He asked the company leadership to carry out in-depth "reform and innovation, strive for success" discussion activities in accordance with the requirements of the provincial Party committee, to further innovative thinking, break through and stand up, unity of knowledge and practice, dare to assume responsibility, emancipate their minds in practical work, deepen reform, enhance business management objectives, and meet the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China with outstanding achievements.
Yang Chuanwu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the Group Company, made a speech. He pointed out that the content of the speech of the democratic life meeting was in line with the requirements of the Party Committee at higher levels and the actual situation of the company's team. He hoped that Saiding Company would implement, detail and land the rectification measures. He asked the company's leading cadres to clarify four relationships: first, the relationship between "learning and thinking" and "learning" should be advanced, innovative and transformational; second, the relationship between "democracy" and "centralization" should be fully democratic, communicate well, and be responsible and decision-making courageously; third, the relationship between "decisiveness" and "arbitrariness" should be both bold to take responsibility and decisive decision-making, and at the same time. We should listen to others'opinions modestly. Fourthly, we should clarify the relationship between "overall situation" and "grasping the overall situation" and the decision-making authority of "three major" matters. Other team members should adhere to the leadership of the Party and carry out one post and two responsibilities; clarify their responsibilities and locate their positions accurately; strengthen the division of labor and assistance, without division of labor; and strictly abide by political discipline, style of work and work discipline. He demanded that the leading group of Saiding Company should unite and lead the cadres and staff, concentrate on overcoming difficulties and accomplish the target tasks of the Group Company in 2019.
